October 30, 2014: Huntington Capital announces that the company has been selected for the ImpactAssets 50 2014 (IA 50), a free, online resource for impact investors and their advisors. The IA 50, now in its fourth year, is the first publicly available database of private debt and equity impact investment fund managers.
October 13, 2014: Hadley Malcolm of USA Today visits the newest Native Foods Café store in the nation’s capital. The fast casual restaurant has gone from one location in Palm Springs, Calif., to 22 restaurants across the country serving an entirely vegan menu.
September 30, 2014: Huntington portfolio company, gen-E announced that the company has changed its name to Resolve Systems to accurately reflect the completion of its multi-year transformation from a software consulting firm to a global software company pioneering a new approach to accelerating incident resolution in network and IT operations.
September 25, 2014: Huntington Capital, L.P announced the exit of one of its portfolio companies, Autumn Years at Newport Mesa (“AYNM”). The residential care facility was sold to the Pacifica Companies which is headquartered in San Diego. AYNM is a leading provider of memory care in in the “boutique” or smaller end of the market in Southern California.
September 16, 2014: Huntington Capital portfolio company, Cubex, announces the launch of an electronic interface with RxWorks, a leading practice management software provider to the Animal Health market.
September 16, 2014: Huntington Capital, Fund II L.P announced the exit of one of its portfolio companies, Residential Design Services, Inc. (“RDS”), one of the top outsourced interior design centers and installation services providers for home builders in the Western US.
